Frog Cook With Fermented Durian (Katak Tempoyak)



Ingredients.

Frog
Fermented Durian (Tempoyak)
Lemon Grass
Shallot
Garlic
Ginger
Dry Chili
Young Turmeric Leave
Salt, MSG @ Sugar (To Taste)


How To Cook

1. Cut all the ingredient to preferred sizing
2. Stir fry lemon grass, shallot, garlic, dry chili & young turmeric leave until fragrant


3. Add in the frog meat and stir fry it until slight brown


4. Add in water and leave to simmer until the water boils or reduced.

5. Add on fermented durian and leave it to simmer until become thick



6. Add in salt, msg & sugar to preferred taste.
7. Leave it to thicken more.
8. Now it ready to be serve.
